Someone...please kill him

I finally got around to starting the Boot camp by Billy Blanks. All I can say is can someone please shoot him? I mean seriously, I don't think I ever sweat that much in my life, and I'm FAT! It's definitely one kick ass work out and I didn't get bored either. So it was fun, and I'm glad that I could hit the pause button because if I had to do this in real life, man, he would totally kick my butt for slacking off. I would tell him to piss off because I just quit smoking and I am FAT!
